I agree, find out why it smells! If is mildew then there is a leak somewhere in the walls even if you can't see it..
I went in a 2003 the other day where the mildew smell was awful, however there was not one sign of a leak!
Mine doesn't smell but I clean it well at least within the week after a trip.

Dryer sheets work great. I have used coffee, too. I feel the best remedy is to get the the 5er to the campsite, open up some windows and soak in the fresh Rocky Mountain air.

Everything mentioned is a mask for an odor. If something is smelling, find out what it is and get rid of it.
There are two ways of getting rid of a smell - remove it or encapslate it. The second is usually for wood or cement and is best done with a shelac or similar.
Masking an odor can be effective but you're really just trading one undesirable smell for one desireable smell.

Not to hijack the thread, but what do you do for that freshly manufactured smell that comes with every new trailer...my new KZ just reeks of glue and processed wood products...

To 2K5RKC, put in open containers of charcoal and open dishes of lemon scented ammonia. You will probably have to do this a few times to get most of the smell out. Also get maxair vents so you can leave a couple of vents open and air out the trailer all of the time.

A lot of the smell is OSB board. OSB stands for Oriented Strand Board. It's the plywood like stuff that looks like big scraps of wood all glued together. The smell is tough to get rid of. I notice a lot of reduction around the 5 year mark. That is in houses anyway.... I imagine an RV would be similar since it's the same stuff.
I'm convinced OSB board will be the next asbestos. Somebody will find out the glues are toxic. Unfortunately, pretty much every house built in the last 25 years (RV's too) has it.
