Wacky and Willy, thank you for your comments. I expect you both to act like grown ups and abide by my wishes. You both have a tremendous amount of wisdom to contribute to these forums and I appreciate it.

What will cause me to "exit" from my "exit"? Not being able to drive anymore. By then, either my kids will have me in an institution or I'll use the federal retirement system, I'll rob a bank......

While my entry time is a long way off, My kids both have instructions that their homes must have a parking spot for our rig. I'll pay for the necessary hookups and do what work I can to have it there. That's as close to an exit strategy as I plan to have...

You do realize that it is quite possible that your kids will end up in a community where RVs are not allowed to be parked at the house? While that sounds great, it may not work out that way.

Good Point! I'll make sure they are aware of their local ordinances before we do anything. I personally would not live in a community where other people dictate what I can park on my driveway or in my yard.

It's funny, but I never consider that question. Call me foolish but I don't foresee myself ever leaving the RV lifestyle unless I suddenly become horizontal and reach room temperature....

Yep that's the plan But I think this question is for those who plan on doing the full cycle - you know the "I wore diapers the day I came into the world, I'm going to be wearing diapers the day I leave." crowd.

As I make plans for fultiming, the one question I have not seen addressed on this forum is "What are your plans when age or health prevent you from traveling?"

Since I do not know at this time when that will be or what the situations will be it is not a concern.

When the time comes and I have good and proper information to make a quality decision, I will make the decision then.
