Too late!! Just finished the 180 flip. I have it running with the slide out and up agaist a brick wall as a test. If that does not trap the exhaust and set off the co2 sensors, I should be good to go in an open area.
If I go with the JTs at some later point I will visit the muffler shop.
I don't have a Raptor or a picture of my solution but what I made was a two piece exhaust stack. When I set up, I slide my pipe around the outside of the generator exhaust. This is a 2" (I think) nipple I cut in half, just the right diameter to fit over the Onan exhaust. It is then turned 90 degrees straight up with a 6' length of pipe. The second piece is a 2" coupler with a 4' length of pipe with another 90 degree elbow up top. Right around the railing on the top of the coach, I welded two bolts to my exhaust pipe. I then wrapped the pipe with some heat wrap. I use bungee cords to tie the top off at the welded bolts. The set up time at camp is maybe 5 minutes with myself doing all the work.
The wife doesn't complain about the exhaust smell and I haven't had any issues with it since I built it about a year ago. You might be able to do something similar.

I have an 08 Raptor 3612 and too hate the location of the genny exhaust. For about 20-25 bucks I made my own Genturi. Works great for the exhaust but doesn't help the noise. I am going to re-route the exhaust to the other side too. Using my homemade Genturi should address the issue of the co entering through slide seals

I had several problems with the detector sounding off since it was leaking in to the cabin. I ended up using a home made Genturie anytime I ran the generator. The dealer even extended the pipe a few inches, but still had it go off. If you re-route it I'd plan on buying or making your own Genturie to be safe.
Keystone moved the exhaust because the bedroom detector was sounding off. I hate mine too and plan to re-route it when I have time. I also like the idea of the Genturie.
I have not had a problem with my detectors going off since I rotated my exhaust 180 degrees. Maybe this is only a problem with the models that have a bedroom slide, who knows. If you look at other brands of rigs, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the exhaust routing.
This is truely the best mod I have made to the trailer. It makes camping MUCH more enjoyable without an exhaust pipe under the awning.
We have the 3612 that has the bedroom slide we dont really have this issue but maybe we dont use the genny as much as most? Sometimes something is going off in there but i think its because the battery has run down.
