I had to bring my WW to the factory in Perris for some warranty work as well as some non warranty work. It had nothing to do with the WW lawsuit.

Long story short.... they fixed everything perfectly and cleaned the unit so it looks like new! Someone even made my bed up!

This is our second WW and we're still happy campers!

Nice to know, hopefully they will weather this bad economic time and the lawsuit.

They come with a 2 year warranty and it would be a shame to see them go under when I just purchased one.

Couldn't agree with you more, took my trailer to WW about 2 months ago to have some minor warranty work done and they went above and beyond what I asked them to do. They fixed stuff I didn't even know needed it and checked out the whole trailer for anything they thought needed fixed. I was very happy with the service I received. No complaints here.

Racorman...how long ago did you get the appointment?
When I called they said no more warranty work for a year from them because they're relocating or something like that.

I was told the same, however they apparently had an opening and squeaked me in...... For me it was an 800 mile round trip from Santa Cruz

Have you tried to utilize your WW dealer for repairs?

I can't get the customer service guy to return my e-mails. After my 5er's second trip to the factory to fix some panels that were coming loose, the roof now has a leak that it didn't have before they worked on it. I told the guy that I wanted the owner's contact info to see if he could get this resolved and I haven't heard from him since.
