I would like to thank all the little people who....huh? Oh wrong speech, my bad.
O.k. I would like to thank all the Sr. members on RV.net when I was a newbie trying to get information for free. Some of the senior members have really reasonable rates.
Thanks to all the good park owners who are always helpful when you are in a new area.
Thanks to all the drivers who didn't honk at me and give a "California howdy" as you went by when I blew the tire on that two lane hiway and had to limp along for a 1/2 mile or so to change it. To those who did, thank you also, you help keep me reminded of the good folks.
Thank you to all the recipe givers, dutch oven experts and other cooking guru's who have made my life more enjoyable and my belly bigger.
I would thank Julie Mik for some great cast iron but it made my wallet lighter. Well I guess the lighter wallet helps balance out my heavier belly so O.K. Thank you Julie.

Thank you for this posting.
I think it is the first one i read on this forum where people were not fighting about who knew better.

Thanks to those who ASK if they can pet our dogs
and to those who have asked if they could watch our dogs as we set-up
also to the two people responsible for our adventures (my parents encouraged us to RV)
Also: to those who are not offended when we offer firewood, food, drink or help.
and especially those offended (or not) by my soapbox ranting

Nice thread! You really do meet a lot of nice folks while camping. It seems that for every stinker, there are at least 100 nice ones!

I would like to thank my neighbors (who exemplify the best in folks). We have had lots of good discussions, even politics(!) and we don't agree...she sent over a fantastic blueberry dessert that she had made, and just this morning he came over and gave me the safe their coach came with, as it was too small for them and they had purchased a larger one. My "safe" had been a vinyl pouch! I'd like to thank my Mom for giving me the natural curiousity to enjoy the rv lifestyle and travel in general. Thanks to the friendships I've made over the 12 years I've fulltimed! Thanks to the American Taxpayer, for the roads, the parks, the public lands.....thanks to my Dad for thinking of me in his will..

My thanks go out to the folks who instantly recognize I'm traveling alone with my daughter and offer to help me back in...
and to the gentleman who insisted on helping me to level my motorhome perfectly on a day I just didn't care that much...
and to the gentlemen who noticed we didn't have newspaper to start our campfire and brought plenty over...
and to the lovely family who allowed their daughter to sleep over in our site when our kids became instant best friends...
and to all of you for the wealth of information and experiences and your willingness to share it. Our first year of RVing has been absolutely wonderful and it's because of you.
