This place looks great. Has anyone stayed here and have some comments. We are two adults and a small dog looking for all of the amenities for a few days in July.

We stayed there a few years ago. Extremely clean place. All new paved roads and concrete pads. Very upscale. Not many kids at all. Mostly motorhomes and high end RV's. Nice clubhouse. Small pool but nice. They were adding on a whole new section in the back. Definitely an RV resort, not a campground. Not far from tourist attractions either.

Very nice resort. Stayed there last year for 4 nights and would stay again. Had a dolly for the car and they came and picked it up and put it away till we were ready to leave. I think most of the pads are owned by others and some of them put $60 to $100,000.00 in landscaping on there lots. That is what I was told.

We stayed there for a weekend last year during the fall color season. Very nice place. Very clean. Beautifully landscaped. Nice pool area and nice fitness room. The restroom/shower room buildings are beautiful.
The few staff we encountered were very nice. Definitely an adult type park, not much of anything for kids to do, other than the pool.
The nearby casino offers shuttle service from the park. It's a rather short drive to all the amenities of Traverse City. Great beach on the bay is only a few miles away.
They were beginning work on an expansion to the park when we were there.
Almost felt like a pauper there in our "small" 31 foot motorhome amongst all those big beautiful class A's......hee hee
We had planned to go in Sept. but were informed they were "mainly a CLass A" park and they couldn't tell us until May if they had room for us. Well, I couldn't take a chance of not having a site, so we made other plans.
Never stayed there but very familiar with it. As everyone said, well maintained, upscale. Beautiful, woodsy, rolling hills around the Park, however, it's all sun, no shade, at all sites. Some sites sit atop a hill, the rest are in the lower section by a man-made small lake/pond. If you like Grand Traverse & Leelanau Counties (which are absolutely beautiful, your at the right place. If you like some shade, you ain't. This, in my opinion, is the only negative.
