Has anyone had any alignment or any other issues after you installed a tow bar?

No, and that is even after I drug my S-10 around for a short distance with a couple of turns without "releasing" the front wheels.

No problems here. I suggest that everone who has a vehicle they want to tow, to first take it out on a straight level road, drive 60 MPH and take your hands off of the steering wheel and see if it steers straight on it's own. Of course keep your hands real close to the steering wheel while doing this. If it does stay straight, it should also tow straight with a tow bar. If it does not steer straight when you take your hands off, then you better get to the alignment shop and find out why before you tow. Just my experience and opinion and offered as such.
