I like to catch the little buggers, pluck the wings and grill them on a kabob stick. Little garlic kills tha after taste.

aksnowman,
You must have a pretty good sized grill then. Are you able to get more than two on the stick at once? My small grill limited me to just two at a time. And Macintosh Seasoning works well too.
