Shear pin between the motor and the jack shaft. The motor has to be removed and the pin is in the coupling that attaches the motor to the shaft. Sheared mine and it was easy to replace. Even a nail makes a temporary fix to get you going until you get a new pin. Works for me.... On edit I should point out that the jacks will not move or drop the RV if the motor is removed. You have to turn the shaft to move the jacks up or down.

Stupid question...
Have you verified that your batteries are fully charged?
Also checked for any loose connections on battery or jack wiring.
Sounds very strange that both would******out at once.
Good Luck.

I like checking the battery and wiring connections first idea. That clicking sound may be like trying to start a car motor with a low battery.

Taking a picture doesn't usually work. If it's close, letting some air out of the rear tires might get you there.

Your jacks will ratchet if they are overloaded and the easiest way to overload them is to try to raise the front with the rear jacks extended as the front now has to pick the whole weight of the rv off the ground. Most are rated less than 4000 lbs.

This may be a little late but are your rear jacks down?

Nope... they are up... I think I just stripped them... it is interesting as I can make them work I have found if I reach in there and the bar connecting both of the jacks that rotates from the motor to drive each of the jacks independently can be twisted in my hands and with the boost of twisting them that way I can make it lift. I need to get em fixed but camping world raped me last time so I have to find someone else.
