It looks like I'm in the minority here, but I took ours back. It was too big and hard to hold and I didn't like the fine stream that hits you right in the face when you're soaping up. I thought it would have a heavier spray than our old one but not much difference. It wouldn't stay in the holder very well either. I decided I really liked our old one that just trickles while soaping up. To each his own I guess.

I just got mine from CW today and since we're out camping, I decided to install it. I dunno, maybe mine is broken, but the water volume and pressure are well BELOW what the OEM el-cheapo head gave. At first I thought it was the valve that turns it off, but it varies the water from dribble to trickle. So I took that piece OUT and ran it straight to the faucet. No noticeable difference. I'm hooked up on park water right now (at 60 psi). I may try filling the fresh tank and seeing if the water pump gives any different results. Stay tuned.
Cheers!

Take it back to CW and get another, that one's broke.

I ordered one while I was deployed to Iraq and installed it when I got back. I love it. Great shower, and uses less water. If you do a search in all the posts, you will find one that tells what part number to get for a shutoff at Lowe's that will work good with it. Also, it was a post on here that pointed me to where I got it. 29.99. Best price I have found on it, and I have not been disappointed. Just my 25 cents worth (inflation ya know)/

I tried running it from the fresh tank using the pump and it made no difference. When I get home today I'm going to try pulling the whole house water filter out and see if THAT helps. The other possible culprit is the city inlet line. Once I hook up the city water, the line it goes to inside the camper has the diameter of a pencil. I don't know why they'd do that, but it makes for lousy flow from ALL spigots in the camper.
First things first. I'm going to try removing the filter, then maybe drill out the restrictors in the line, then if it still doesn't work I'll see what I've gotta do to replace the inlet line with a NORMAL line that allows full flow.

If it won't run right on the tank/pump then you are trying a lot of things there that have no effect.

We bought our friends one for their class a for Christmas and they love it. They say it does great even when the water pressure is low.
