I have a similar tt and the wall ontop of the fridge is false so I had to stregthen the cupboard beside and mount through that, it works great and the tv is visable in the whole trailer.
good luck

You might want to look at something a bit bigger than 15". Even 19" in an LCD will appear to be a very small TV, especially in a 16:9 aspect.

Our TT came with a 19" TV (monitor) installed. Has a nifty swing arm setup. The arm folds flat and a bolt/wingnut hold it collapsed for travel. The TV can be positioned to just about anywhere. Looks like they put in a 1"x4" as a mounting plate.
These pics might give you some ideas for your project:

2manytoyz!!!! You said yours came that way! Did you buy it new? That doesnt really look factory to me. BUT IT SURE LOOKS NICE!!! Whether the Factory did it or an individual. It looks really nice. Im still using an old 20"analog in mine. I definitely ENVY you.
----Sorry TOM. to answer your question. I have seen a fella mount his on the side of a cabinet. But most of the refrigerator cabinets Ive seen are really an empty cheap shell. I would check for a solid stud, BEFORE mounting. TIM

I have same mount arm as 2 manytoyz. I mounted on the side of kitchen cabinet. I put a short piece of 2x4 inside kitchen cabinet and ran bolts thru mount, side of cabinet and 2x4. I have a 15" and it is large enough.

I had to mount my swing arm LCD to the fridge wall as that's the only place in my trailer it could go. I had to remove the fridge and put some wood back there to mount it too as the wall was just the flimsy fake wood stuff.
I just used a regular swing arm mount.
Just installed it this past weekend and am still researching the best way to secure the arm during travel. I like the bolt/wingnut idea from Robert's setup above, nice idea. I was going to go with hooks and bungie cords.

I saw the pics and and made a setup very close to what was shown. I used a 2x4 and mounted it with a strap hinge on the bottom. This way when I travel, the TV actually folds backward so it lays flat for travel. Just slip a couple of towels in there to help with the vibration.

No picture yet, but I have a 23" Samsung HD LCD TV mounted on the fridge side, end of the upper kitchen cabinet using an Ionic Luna 102 mount.
This mount has a fully rotatable ball joint on the outboard end. It allows the set to be rotated on end when not in use, and all the way against the cabinet end. This lets the TV stay out of the way when we're not watching it.
Mounting the set on the end of the cabinet allows it to be viewed from any location in the TT's main cabin, as well as from the master bedroom. The 23" Samsung is big enough to be easily viewed from anywhere we are in the trailer. I'll try to get a picture posted soon.
We mount our Dish receiver in the "usual" entertainment center location, and I've run a 10-meter HDMI cable between the receiver and TV using Panduit plastic conduit/duct. It blends in well with the ceiling, and has room for a standard coax (OTA antenna) plus the HDMI cable.
