We bought a lot in Hidden Valley at Mission. Most lots are 40 x 80 or 85. Most people cement and rock the entire lot to avoid mowing grass. This is a park of about 450 spaces, well kept and very impressive. There is also a 27 hole golf coarse right there. This is located about 5 miles west of mission. If interested I know of a lot for sale with a large cemented slab for approx $19,500.00. There is a new super Walmart opening this summer 1 1/2 away, and a HEB grocery about 2 miles. You can contact me if you have any more questions.

Yes Hiway Nana I would love to know more about Hidden Valley - I found it on google map and have it on my list to call for more info - but hearing from a resident can give a more personal aspect too 'o)

Yes, and they can vary from $20.00 a month to over a $100.00 a month year around. If there is a pool & spa they are naturally higher for the maint. You also need to cover clubhouse utilities & maint. Generally the more amenities the higher the association free. Also be sure to read the rules & bylaws carefully. Some are very restrictive, this can be both good & bad depending on your situation & desires.

Hello pawatt -

Of the list of parks you listed I have only found a couple with web sites. Do these parks not have online info or how can I find their sites -

Thank you -

Thanks Richard -

I had started out looking for just a lot or an acre so of land, but the frustration of finding a realtor who wants to work 'LOL' is impossible 'o)

I'll do a search of Boliver and see what I find -

It all sounds so simple to down size, find a small place with low overhead cost
and then go play -

Where is my Fairy Godmother and her magic wand 'o)

Llano Grande in Mercedes is the sister park to Victoria Palms and is very nice. They do sell lots.....appox. 30K for a 42'/72' deeded lot with palms, orange and grapefruit trees. Come on down, where ever you pick you'll love it. We bought last year. John

Thanks John and Paula -
I've got Llano Grand on list to call -
I'm still having lots of difficulty finding info online about the parks who have deeded lots. Having only cell phones I don't want to use minutes up trying to gather general info - but will call parks and owners with lots for sale if can't contact via email.
If anyone out there has info, contact #'s etc for parks with lots for sale I sure would appreciate it - your welcome to PM info.
Everyone has been so kind, helpful and welcoming to this group 'o)
Thank you

You might also try going to ebay and searching "rv lot texas" or some variations of that.
