I cant really tell the exact size of the "booger", but could a motorcycle have fallen over inside and the handlebar caused an outward dent? Check from the inside and see what the interior wall looks like.

That cancer spot is neither an air bubble, or siding delamination... Someone at the manufacturer whacked the side with a tool or forklift type accident. They covered it up with an epoxy/resin filler, then positioned the stickers just right to cover the patch job. Now the filler is rearing it's ugly head !! They shoulda re-skinned the whole side, as this is the correct way to repair bunged up Super Gloss.

Sorry to disagree with some, but I'd say it is delamination and is not uncommon under graphics. In hot climates the heat can play havoc under the graphics. We had that on a former TT and the factory even called it delamination and replaced the cap (it was still under warranty). However, it may stay that size forever...or it may not. If that is the only spot, I know some people do poke a hole and shoot expoxy in a big needle and press it back in.
I'd be leery...

I have the same issues with my 2007 Four Winds WindSport. Had the siding removed and reinstalled once only to have it happen again one year later. If your manufactor used Crane (or Kemlite) products for siding it is a defect that should be replaced. I have a 2006 Raptor that had these delams everywhere..was taken to Oregon factory to have both sides replaced. 3 mos later, trailer returned.Same problem again .. returned to Oregen again. A new and a different type of siding applied, not Filon but true glsss siding.Looks great and no more delam bubbles, etc.Keystone also replaced all tires with me choosing brand..but back to your problem. If this is only spot,as old as trailer is,it can probably be left alone, but watched. If it gets bigger, have area repaired at glass shop.If it was going to get worse the AZ sun would have dimpled everywhere by know.My Raptor has otherwise has been very reliable..and I don't camp in RV parks..

You got a pretty good deal 2btowed. Mine started out small, but then just spread through-out. I'm going to try to get the upgraded glass, too.
They must have had a bad batch that was too expensive to trash, so they let it go through the mill. They new about these defects since 2004.

I agree, it doesn't look quite like delamination but it's very hard to tell with the sticker over it. For me if the price is right I could force myself to buy it. It's gonna have to be fixed sooner or later, I'd make the guy take a sharp razor knife to cut the decal by that bulge, then take a hair dryer to it and peel back the sticker to get a better look. Remember, delamination can't usually be fixed and it can get worse!
I did see an successful repair done on a C class my buddy bought, it was 3 foot sq caused buy water leaking thru stove vent above the damaged,(everybody check you caulking every year) water got into the layers of fiberglass and froze. I told him to take it to a boat shop and have it patched, then put a sticker over it. You could still see it but the boat shop did a real good job on it, they ripped of the top layers and layed some new glass in to it. I'll bet theres a window just above that bulge or it could be coming from the roof cap area? Anyhoot that must be fixed immediately.

You’re absolutely right, Earl. The same thing happened to our Toyhauler, but primarily under the darker plastic decals. I noticed it on the front cap a couple of months ago. I’m way out of warranty, and the local repair shop wanted to replace the entire front cap. I installed a window instead, thus cutting out the delaminated sections. Way cheaper and now we can see the river when we’re camped out there.
David, I would avoid this rig unless you’re getting a screaming killer deal on it. Perhaps the delamination can be repaired by a shop that specializes in gel coat repair, but man, that stuff is thin! For everyone else, if you can’t cover your rig and protect it from intense sunlight during storage I would remove the dark decals post-haste.
Your mileage may vary…

I have a 3 year old Jayco Class C. Shortly after purchase dealer noticed small bubbles they called cottage cheese. Bubbles less than inch across on all sides in limited areas and not visible unless in sunlight no enlargement since purchase. Bubbles are firm to touch and do not depress. No leaks. Jayco has offered 7,500 settlement or bring to factory for repair. We are thinking of taking the settlement. Any suggestions.

Agree with 2btowed & Earl E. My 06 also made the trip to Or. for replacement of the sides. Left the decals off and trailer is stored under cover out of the sun. Will get worse! Keystone had a major problem the first couple of years and had lawsuits with suppliers. Good luck, get it cheap since the sides were not replaced.
