Here's my guess - they are basically going to determine if the frame can be heated/bent back. If not the entire coach will likely come off the frame and it will be replaced.
Jayco has very FEW frame problems- likely due to NOT using Lippert for the frames. So take ease and cover yourself just in case with documentation.
However I feel like Jayco will treat you right and it will be corrected.

Don't know about Jayco but we picked up our '00 Holiday Rambler last month from having the roof replaced at Monaco in Wakarusa, IN. The experience was great and they did a top notch repair. It was also cheaper than a local quote even though the shop rate was higher. Two ceiling panels that the local shop was going to replace from the inside (removing cabinets, etc) were accessable from the top when the roof was removed, thus saving time.
Good luck with your repair. I think you'll be pleased.

My experience with Jayco and their factory repairs is that you should have them call you and have them tell you how they are going to repair your brand new trailer before they repair it. They did a lousy repair on my floor and I'M still fighting with them on the issue. Don't assume just because they are taking your trailer back to the factory to repair it that they will do the correct repair or replacement of your frame. I made that mistake when they took mine back to the factory to repair my soft floor. Good Luck

Up date. my concerns were well founded it appears. Jayco is replacing our Eagle 320 rlds with another. There was a frame twist and also a box twist that was still there after the frame camber was corrected.

glad to hear they are taking care of you.
I would test the slide a few times at the dealership before heading home with it.
