We have and like a 25 foot 5th wheel but might want to downsize some day. In a campground we saw(inside too)a very small, about 17 ft. trailer that really impressed me but I can't remember the brand. It seemed to have everything and lot's of space with the bed and dinette table up and out of the way. Do any of you out there have any trailers of 17-19 ft. that you would like to brag about. Refrigerator/freezer size is important to us as well as a stool seperate from the shower. I wonder if any have a refrig as big as ours?

This may help, a few years ago we used a 15' but no bathroom,
last year I used a 16' thor for 16 weeks by myself it got very small,
I then bought a 16' casita that had a lot of room and every thing. And before the 16' thor, we had a 22' alpinelite 5th and it was a jewel.
Now we have a 24' TT in the past we have had 35' TT and 35' 5th with slides. The 24' TT is the best buy, best pulling, and has more room for the buck then any. It probaably pulls better easier then the 22' 5th by alpimlight,.
Remember as we age, there is a lot to be said for not having stairs _any amount_.

Could it have been the Bigfoot? They are in that size range but quite roomy when everything is up.

Could also have been a Casita travel trailer. They come in 13, 16 and 17 foot versions. Really light weight. Really high quality. I've owned several over the years ... and will return to them some day ... when the grandkids decide it's not cool to camp with Grandpa and Granny.
Just google "casita trailers" and you'll find a manufacturers website as well as two or three websites dedicated to followers of the tiny little eggs (as well as Scamps, Bolers, Trilliums and a couple of dozen small travel trailers.

We have an Orbit Sport that is an 18 ft box/20 ft long w/hitch. 3600 lbs gvwr. Not meant for full-timing, but we love it so far.
Our floor plan has front the walk around lift up to cargo area queen, a space saving dinette that seats the 3 of us comfortably, works for cards too! The kitchen sink is small but w/the the clever pull out nozzle thing built in to the faucet works like it is supposed to for us. Good counter space for the size, since we have the stove top cover and counter space all the way to the back wall, the fridge sits at the center back. Family can move around me at the galley to get into the bathroom fine.
The bathroom is a corner bathroom w/surround corner shower.
Our fridge has an icebox freezer that holds a 1/2 gal of ice cream w/room for frozen veggies etc, that seems to be big enough for our family of 3 (plus the addition of my mom these past 6 days of camping we just came back from)
Sadly, they discontinued our particular floor-plan for 08, but added 3 new ones instead. There is a rear bathroom, front walk around queen in a 19' box that looks promising.
good luck in your search!

We have a hybrid so you may want to discount it since it "cheats" by putting the beds on the outside. Nonetheless we love it. Having looked at larger trailers I have come to the conclusion that all they did was reduce the floor space. We have a deluxe two door fridge that I would guess is about 3/4 the size of smallish standard home fridge. Double sink, microwave, full solid walled bathroom, just very little floor space but enough that we don't feel cramped. We (seven adults and one child) even spent three hours playing domino's and looking at the day's pictures on our 15" LCD TV/DVD player during a thunderstorm just across the street from Graceland. It was hot and humid outside and the AC keep the place relatively comfortable with all those warm, wet bodies laughing and cajolling. (Remember we had a kid in there, nothin funny goin on.)
There are drawbacks due to the size and being a hybrid but we're going to be happy with it for a good while.

You may want to look at this floor plan jayco 165 . When we went shopping we wanted a good size frigde and we wanted a toilet that was not in the shower stall and the dinning table stores on the bottom of the bunk to open up the floor space when not in use
