The only campground I know of near Taylor is the KOA Dearborn/Detroit.

You have Harbortown 734-384-4700 in Monroe full hookups at Exit 11 on I-75 about 25 miles south of Taylor. North side of Monroe is Camp Lord Willing 877-210-8700 alos full hook ups about 18 miles south of Taylor just off Telegraph Rd. I do not recommend Sterling State Park.

I don't want to start an argument here but, I do recommend Sterling State Park in Monroe. Full hookup's, lake Erie beach, and best of all state park prices. Always have a good time there.

Harbortown Rv RFesort at exit #11 (LaPlaisance Road) off I-75 in Monroe, MI will be your best bet...from there just head up I-75 north and exit at Telegraph Road (exit #35) to get to the heart of Taylor...

Funny how opinions vary...I'd stay at Sterling SP well before Harbortown. To each his own.

I'll be able to report back on Shady Creek on May 6th. It's about 30-40 minutes from Taylor (I live 2 minutes from Taylor).

Looking at the location...looks like the same place that use to be called Camp Lord Willing?

Anyways they need to update their rate sheet...states the 2005 rates
