I have a couple of area rugs in my Lexor, one on the linoleum and one on the carpet. Both move a lot, and need to be readjusted all the time. What works best to keep them in place, yet still comes up easily so the rugs can be shaken out and the floor cleaned?

We use that shelf liner non-skid material that you can get at the Dollar Store.

The throw rugs I have are already rubber backed so they don't move around much.I took the old RT carpet out of the back and put a nice bright stripped hallway type runner with rubber backing down It looks much better and is washable. Also have a smaller one that matches between the seats in front right where one of my dogs likes to lay.

We also use those rubber shelf liners but with our area rugs at home. They work fine. The throw rugs we have in our B are rubber backed and stay in place.

When I saw the post...I could not resist. Do not walk on them. The other ideas are also good IF you have to walk on them.

Okay folks, I like the stay command the best and will try that. It doesn't work on my poodle so maybe on "his" rug. Thanks for the tips, useful and otherwise!

I use bath mats. They work great even with the dogs running (well as much as they can in a B) up and down the aisle.
