We wandered slowly home for the summer. It does feel good to have a little more wiggle room, but like many of you, I'm working on the list in preparation for next year. I'm wondering how many of you are now on a diet? I sure do miss those warm, fresh tortillas and that icy cold beer and the cocktail hours as the sun sets over the Sea of Cortez. Viva Mexico!
Best regards,
Larry

Naah, This board is mostly posted by people who go to Mexico and defend it and by people who like bashing Mexico, with censorship thrown in. Waiting for a interesting topic.

Home; to enjoy the rain after 4 months of drought and sweeping. Instead of margarita's watching the sun go down, we will be watching the sun rise with the rumble of equipment under our feet as the West Coast prawn fleet hits the salt May 1st.

We have arrived home and are also wondering WHY?? Please see my final post in "On the Road in Mexico #3"- that sums it up for this trip. The roads were absolutely great all the way home- except for here in Manitoba of course.

If the price of gasoline goes much higher, I'll be going back to Mazatlan!

We're back at our home base in Texas for the summer but using the time to make sure our motorhome is ready to head south to the Mexican beaches in November.
One of the worst things about being up here all summer is our pups keep wanting to go to the beach. They just don't understand why there's no waves to play in in the middle of Texas.
