On my 08 Seneca 34SS, when I dump the tanks, the black tank goes fairly fast (normal from past experience), but the gray tank dumps extremely slow. Even after 5 or 10 mins, it can still be one third full. If I wait long enough, it will go to empty on the gauge.
Does anyone else have this problem or have an idea where to start looking?

I have heard of the cutout for the drainpipe has been found in tanks before.

I have noticed this on my 2007 35GS Seneca. It seems that the gray tank is buried somewhere between the tires and I think that the drain line has a few turns in to get to the dump valve. It will drain just not as fast as the black tank that has a more direct line to the dump valve.

Same problem. Mine has to have the front of the MH level or higher. If not, the gray tank will only drain down to about 1/4 tank.

I have a 2008 34SS with the same problem. I was wondering if there was something blocking the gray tank, syrofoam, wood shavings or what?!?!?

I suspect either that or the piece of the tank left after drilling the hole. It is either a 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" drain pipe coming from the tank. It should drain faster than it does. I tried back flushing but it did not help.

Same problem here. It does drain...it just takes 5 minutes or so.

My winnie has the same issue. I had the dealer look at it and it seems to have gotten better. I don't know what they found or did.

you have a vent for gray water and black water so you should have to pipes go to roof pull off the covers I found that mud dubbers built a nest in pipe, clean it out and works great now
