Going to do the walk through today for our first TH. Any questions I should ask that I wouldn't normally think of?

Be sure you completely understand how everything works. If you don't understand, ask until you do understand.

Welcome to the group.

Just relax and listen, they are there to help. If you don't understand something thoroughly, or if you see something you don't recognize, ask away.

If this is your first truck camper, I would say the most intimidating things are loading/unloading and dumping. Be interactive when they cover these things.

Be sure to post pictures when you get your new RV, we love pictures!

MAKE them operate everything to make sure it works and you see how it works.

Don't let them skimp you. Your walk through should be at least 2 hours long.

Make sure they not only check the pressure lines to your sink shower ect, make sure there are no leaks in your DRAIN lines. Sometime they just put water pressure on your lines and check for leaks on the pressure side. That does not check the connections on your drains.

I made sure I got "quiet time" without the sales guy so I could inspect my new camper and look for defects.

Guess what?! I found some! He was a bit surprised (or not).
