Nope! We're planning a 3 week trip from Texas to Washington, DC...hey...we only have so much time with our kiddos before they grow up and move out...and our plan was to show them the U.S....so we're keeping with our plans and will continue to travel. It may mean we have to tighten our belt in other areas, but were are keeping with our plans!

No -- no changes. We retired last year and we always planned to travel. But, we have a PUP and 6-cyl TV, so mileage isn't as bad as for other people. When home, we use our old 4-banger car (i.e., high mileage) for errands and such, but we're careful about that too and minimize our driving. We use substantially less gas now than when we were both commuting to work. But the price does impact us as it does everyone else.

We've adjusted by staying closer to home for short weekends and making trips of greater distance over more days to amortize the fuel costs.

No cancelling here. We're 6 months into our big "Round the Country" tour - we left Ma in early November, went down to FL, west to SOCAL and now we're about halfway up the Oregon coast. 2-3 more months to get back home. Pictures from our trip on our web site below.

Interesting article entitled "High gasoline prices aren't slowing down RV owners yet" on Yahoo news this morning. It's a video clip news story from Yahoo/CNN:
