I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. I'm glad you have such wonderful memories of Persalina, keep them close in the weeks to come and I know they will comfort you, and make you smile.

What a relief that she is free of pain and you were both able to be with her.
You were all blessed to the very end. Thank you for sharing her story and your love for her.
I am so sorry for your loss but Persalina gave to you the most wonderful gift at the end, Chemisd is right, you always feel a little guilt when you have to put them to sleep, even when you know it's what's best, your fortunate in that regard, she loved you very much.
Treasure your wonderful memories.
Oh my gosh I feel so bad. Persalina was much loved and she knew it and she will always be with you in your hearts and by your side. What wonderful parents you are to your animals. God Bless YOu and may he help you with your grief. I as others on the forum truly understand your pain as I have had a recent loss of my 2nd cat in 6 months and the grief is difficult.
Take care of yourselves and stay in touch with you perhaps we can help you with your grief just by forum talking.
I know Tigger and Jr were there to help your precious Persalina through the gates.
Take care
Margie
I am so sad to hear of your loss, as I know this is a very difficult time for you. I had to put down my "little buddie" about 6 weeks ago (13.5 year old Bichon), and as each of us are different and handle things different, I was most concerned about forgetting those little things about her. So I decided to sit down and write a little journal of every little happy, sassy, and amusing thing that I could remember. I also put together a digital scrap book of all her photos. Doing all of this made me realize how happy and what a wonderful life she really did have.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time!

I am so sorry for your loss. How wonderful, however, that she passed on while in the loving arms of her Daddy. One minute she was in his arms being loved and supported and the next minute she was in heaven running and yapping with all our furkids who have gone before.
I am sure she is at peace and best of all, painfree, like my Jude and Tramp before her, both cancer victims.
