I owned a Surveryor 190T which is like the 233 but without the slide. If I didnt have the my Roo 23SS I would have had the 233T.

Never had any problems. Towed really well. Downside is it used poles for support of the bunks VS. cable that the Roo uses. The newer graphics look pretty cool IMHO. Not sure of the year it changed 07' maybe.

Seemed to be a good product for the price.
Other ones you listed dont know about.

I have the Coyote 23CMS and it is perfect for my camping situation. You will get most of us defending our HTT. Whatever you think is a good fit for you and your family it what you should get. Good Luck and post pics.....

If you can go in each one of them, (if you can) and play house, pretend to cook a meal, eat the meal, do dishes, go to bed what ever. Then pick the one that you liked the best. What other people like my not be what you like or need in a camper.

it would help with an opinion if we knew what model year each were. also, what are you towing with and how many are going to be in it?

each of these is so different, one has a long countertop, one has a u-dinette and the older 233T had a double bed in the back, instead of a queen. are these features important?

having more info about what you want and need, would help with opinions.

for us, we would have picked the 236. counterspace was the DW's top priority. we were going to get one but cub/kodiak dropped that floorplan in 2005. but there is just two of us and a dog. we hate u-dinettes and we wanted two queen beds. this would eliminate the other two.

but we don't know the condition or year of any of these 3. generally, you want the newest one if the price is similar.

I have a 2003 Aerolite C236, which I not sure the diff between the M. Mine has Two queen on both ends and the couch slides out, standard 4 person collapsible table. I was looking for a whole wall slide out, it would be nice, but I can live with it.....

There is A LOT of counter space, the beds are full sized queens, which makes a diff when are 6' and DW is 5'10", very minimal dead space and the price was right for the one I was looking at.

We went an looked at them this yesterday. The Surveyor had already sold. The years of the other 2 are 2002 Coyote and 2003 Areolite. Of the 2, we like the Coyote better. It was in excellent shape. The problem is it is heavier.

The UVW on the Coyote was 3800 with a max of 5500 while the Cub was 3500 with a max of 4750. We have a GMC Acadia with a max tow rating of 4500 so I think the Coyote is out of our range, even though we liked it the best. Over the phone the UVW on the Coyote was 3400 otherwise we might not of even looked at it. They offered to let us test tow it if we want. What do you all think? Any recommendations on a Break controller?

We have, and like very much, a 2005 CMS23. Reasons we like it are many: 3 queen beds, good storage, u-shaped dinette(one of the queen beds), one door, parks in driveway, can be used closed up, pantry, walk on roof, etc. (I think the one you are looking at has a small bed in the back)

But, you need to be careful about the weight. When we got ours(new) it turned out to be 4600lbs (this does not include add-ons such as gas in tanks, water in tanks, sway control parts, etc.), not 3800lbs. The frame, among other things, is heavier than many other hybrids. There are places where you can get a trailer weighed. We used a scrap dealer near us.

No matter what you do, get a good brake controller (like the Prodigy) and active sway control (not friction), you will be very glad you did.

Good luck in your search.

We have a 2001 Coyote 25C MC and we love it. We have the round dinette at the front of the camper. Even though we have to climb over it to go to bed we love the space it provides. We are a family of 5. We have the couch in the back where the TV is and it slides out.

We haven't had any problems with our KZ and we pull it with our Navigator. I'm not sure about your TV, pulling that Coyote though.

My husband uses a weight distributing hitch and sway bars. I think that helps.

Good luck!
