Tell him your name is not Earnest. You don't know where he is, and no deposit.

Found a great dealer.
I had several things working and I went with a New 2008 Safari Damara 235 S for $50K . They are taking my truck and Laredo and throwing in a 2008 Toyota Yaris 5 speed. This was one stop shopping. Not only did I get a good deal on the Safari B but I’ll get the title to the car but the cost will be put in the coach loan. That way only one payment and the interest is tax deductable.
Any way thank you for your help .

Just FYI...It might be "one stop shopping", but you are paying full sticker price for the Yaris, and you are going to be upside down on your motorhome BIG TIME.

You only get that way if you plan to sell or trade it,thats why I don't worry when people talk about depreciation, The Class C I have now, is the same one I'll have when I kick off.

Yes,

I taught my wife to drive a 5 speed years ago but she told them she couldn't drive a manual and felt uncomfortable driving the new big (to her) motor home so they are throwing in a Blue OX tow package.

As a salesman (not cars or motorhomes, but same rules apply), a common sales tactic it to get the client saying, "Yes". Once a prospect has committed to giving ANY fee for a service, the likelihood of closing that deal goes up dramatically. The same goes here - you've committed to them for a fee - the deal is essentially closed at that point, it just comes down to the negotiation from that point.

I would run, not walk from anyone requesting such from me.
