These guys are out of British Columbia Canada, may not sell in alot of areas in the US, but I live in the NW and mine works great. No rails in the bed, double pivot design, easy removal. They do show a hitch on their website for the F450.

Gota 20.5 K PullRite in my 2008 F-450 no problems .. Left the old rails in the 05 F350. Gotta use PullRites Rail kit for now, No after market universal Rail kits could be found for da Ford/hitch.
