I have a 2002 Suzuki XL-7 towing a 2008 Jayco 1207. When we went to pick the trailer up the dealer tried to sell me a cheap set of towing mirrors that when we installed them on my TV I wasn't able to see much more that i could see with my stock mirrors. Mind the stock mirrors dont allow much vision either. I am droping off my trailer for a new awning to be installed next week and want to deal with the mirrors also. I have been looking at two different models these are links to both. The only problem I have with the Tow-N-See ones is i dont really want to lose my original mirror also but i hear a lot of people like them. Thanks for all the help.

I think the main problem is the width of your vehichle and the width of the trailer. I dont see how anything other than the McKesh mirror will do the job. The Mckesh extends up to 20" outside your vehicle side. The Cipa clip on mirrors are in my opinion not a good solution. I am not sure how many I have bought, mayb 5 or 6. They have a tendency to fall or get knocked off. Spend the $125 and get the Mckesh rather than going cheap.

I have to agree with the KcKesh mirrors, I have tried a number of different mirrors but you can't beat McKesh. Expensive but the work

We used a set of CIPA strap-ons similar to the McKesh (but no wide-angle mirror attached). Same price. Go with the McKesh.

I've never tried the McKesh, but don't get the mirrors in your mirrormirror site. They will fall off going down the road and they are very hard to adjust and they provide very little view - I speak from experience. I've replaced them with "FIT System" model 3891 MUCH better than the ones you're looking at, but don't know if they are as good as McKeesh.

I tried tow-n-see and McKesh. McKesh is by far the best.

There are people out there that are happy with tow-n-see. But there is no one out there who tried McKesh who prefers tow-n-see. (??) At least I know they don't compare. Maybe someone else will tell you otherwise... maybe.

I have the McKesh style mirrors. They are more expensive but man you can see BEHIND the pup while towing. I too tried many strap, slip on types. I never liked them. The ones I have now I love. They strap to the doors and I can extend them out to 17 inches on each side of my S10 Blazer. Well worth the money.

I think the McKesh may be a little to much money for me. My wife also hates the look of them (I dont really care but you understand), so i am leaning towards the townsee if i go this route should i get flat or convex? thanks again.
