Took the family and met my parents over in the June Lake/Mammoth Lakes area for the Eastern Sierra Trout Opener last weekend. Camped near June Lake. Caught a lot of nice fish. No OHV toys on the trip, as I had a part delay on my Rhino project. Although there is still a lot of snow in the area, especially on the East side of 395, riding would have been severely limited.

Thought I would share some of the pictures from the trip. Guess the toys this trip were the fishing poles.

Beautiful Pictures...Were heading up there in August. We never get tired of the High Sierra's. Will be in the Sierra's for a week and head up to Tahoe and Truckee for the second week.

This was taken last Oct.

Camping was at Oh! Ridge Forest Service Campground on June Lake. Not a OHV friendly place, but worked well for trout opener.

Fished June Lake, Rush Creek and Mammoth Creek below 395. Lots of people out fishing for the weekend. Weather was perfect.
