Petaluma KOA is actually a very good one. Some pull throughs are paved, all other sites are dirt.
Nothing else really if you want full hookups.

I am very anti KOA, but will say that the Petaluma KOA is a nice CG and we stay there when in that area. It is one of only two KOAs we will stay at.
