Sorry your deal fell through. Had the same problem with a kz dealer up in Minnesota. Had a deal all worked out to trade up to an 08 Escalade from a Sunnybrook 06. The boss came in from out of town, sat down with him and the salesman/service manager and the next thing I know I'm out of there after they refused to take a nice trade. Felt like I had a piece of junk. Went across town to the Holiday Rambler dealer and now have the 08 Presidential 37. They are happy and me too.....bottom line is I know how you feel. Don't know your details but I did find out that some dealers are willing to deal and you can still get the floor plan you are looking for. I actually ended up with the floor plan I really wanted in the 37SKQ. Be patient and go get what you deserve. I still think kz builds a heck of a coach though. But now I'm a Holiday Rambler guy and do they ever have a heck of a membership group, as I'm sure kz does.
