Sorry for your issues - I would find another dealer if you are worried about the competence level of your current dealer. Based on the posts you have made prior I would say you are suspicious of them anyways and the items you have listed are evident of a really poor PDI by the dealer.
As far as leaks I am a firm believer in checking EVERY plumbing connection with a thread on it. Like other's I have removed some of the faux panels under cabinets and left them OFF so I can check them. If a cabinet door hinge, a drawer and other things work loose over the great-ole' USA road system a piece of plastic thread surely can!!!!! In fact I did a check of mine after a few weeks of short hauls and found the exterior shower connections to be hand loose rather then hand tight. I had already checked these 2 weeks ago!
Overall while not perfect our SB has been good to us with many many nights camping already since our July 07' pickup. I think, in the end, a good dealer like I have makes all the difference in your overall satisfaction.

just a short update to what I found. I removed the panels to get in where the water looked like it was comming from once inside i found that the water had come from a t style fitting that went in the pipe from the hot water heater to the outside shower and up to the sink.
The strange part is it looked like in had a screw hole in it and some one had put a dab of caulk in the hole. I put water to the unit and turned it on and the water just kinda drip slowly from under the caulk.

So is it the "T" fitting that has the hole or the hose it's connected to? And is it a glued fitting or clamped? Sounds like an easy fix.....

When you get the problem fixed you will have a deserving felling of accomplishment. At least that what I get when I fix something. Good luck on the fix.

Now it seems that the dealer had been working in the area of the damaged tee. Do you believe the dealer caused the damage or was the caulked screw hole pre existing? Being the unit is under warranty I guess it doesn't matter. Now you are back to square 1. Do you fix leak yourself or take it back to the dealer and let them hack away! Putting a screw into the tee can inadvertently happen, but filling screw hole with caulk is inexcusable.
For the above reasons I have learned that doing RV repairs myself is the most efficient way. Hauling rig to dealer for them to perform substandard work is too much of a hassle.

I don't get it. These things are supposed to be fun. Why is everyone always trying to blame someone or take something out of someones hide because you have a problem with your trailer? It's a leak. If you have the ability fix it for heavens sake. If not ask a buddy who knows. If you just have to make the dealer fix it then be prepare to wait because they hae a schedule and you are important but not any more important then any other customer. Lets quit whinning and go have some fun!!!

my big issue was the fact I took my 2 month old fiver in for some minor warranty work and it came back with water damage, this after they kept the unit two weeks longer than they said they would. I did fix the leak but I just wanted to vent I think it makes me feel good to know other share my concern that when a dealer has you unit it would be taken care off and fixed the way you would want it to be done.

So what did you end up doing and what was the "out of pocket" cost? And while I agree that a dealer should fix it right in the first place, the only way to know something is done right is to do it yourself. Glad you were able to fix it. At least you know it was done right this time.....

My experience with RV dealers and plumbing. They are too cheap and incompetent to buy the correct fittings and tools to work with PEX pipe. It will leak in time if not done correctly.
