Evening all! Rachel sends hugs to everyone and thanks you for all the birthday wishes. You know how this goes...a birthday celebration goes on for a week at a minimum. We take treats in to her 5th grade class on Friday afternoon and Jake is invited to visit as well. I'm not sure what the kids will like better...the Rita's Italian Ice or Jake the dog!

Paul I thought we were to have 60 MPH winds. We have had a little shower but I guess the worst is yet to come. Just a little breezy now. You never know how coastal storms will be. The hybrid bunch will be at Elk Neck this weekend. I hope it isn't a wash out so they can enjoy themselves outside.

I brought in the vegie plants we are growing on the deck, battened down the hatches and am anxiously awaiting the storm. Let it blow!!!!

Howdy all! Cooling down here and rainy all day. Haven't posted in a while, but I've been reading to keep up! Time has flown since the boys started school and we got back in the swing of things.

I may have to pull off the green tomatoes soon and make relish - yum!

Hey Barb! I know what you mean...sorting through what's left in the garden this weekend and saving what's still good.

Wish we were at TS celebrating with Donna this weekend. She told me this morning that she hoped to have some birthday winnings at the casino.

Hope the rain clears up sooner than predicted...could be a great weekend to go pick pumpkins.
