I stayed in site 15 & 17 last year and plan to return this fall. If anyone is in Curry Hammock I'd appreciate seeing photos or hearing a review of the improvements. Thanks.

We drove thru this CG on a day trip to the Keys earlier this year to see the HGTV Dream Home. You can see pics in this link
and in this photo album.

I'm not sure what renovations took place before or after this - it was our first trip there.

Did you take your kayaks?
We want to take our canoe (the park web site says to canoe/kayak there)
but just wondering what you thought.
We go 2 weeks from today!

Jody. We did bring our kayaks but never launched them. The CG offered campers free kayaks because of the construction work that was being completed at the park. We never kayaked anyway because it was so freakin windy all weekend. We did see some folks out there paddling but it must of been hell getting back against the wind and current.

Next Stop is Sebastian Inlet then Bahia Honda !
