We carry a trained attack Old English Sheepdog 'Maggie' would go over to the loud music source and do one of two things, 1) eat the speakers, 2) lick the folks to death

(My .357 and my wife's .45 stay out of sight unless needed for defense, which, cross my fingers, has not happened)

Well OP, you haven't heard it all until you have camped next to someone learning how to play the bagpipes! LOL!

I think that may legally justify throwing pipes and piper into the nearest lake.

Please don't confuse zydeco music with cajun music, different culture all
together.
Happy camping.

Let me cut to the chase, no matter how good you feel your music is, NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO HEAR IT!!!Not in traffic, not at home, not at work, and certainly not while camping! Thats my ever so humble opinion.

I completely agree with the loud music issue, and one time as I was walking up to the campsite from fishing, I found a gentleman asking my son to turn down the TV, he had the Playstation going a bit too loud one evening around 9:30. He said they were trying to get their baby asleep.
I completely agreed and my son apologized.

At 5:30 that next morning they fired up their 4KW Coleman gen and ran it until the gas tank went dry about 4 hours later.

He came over to ask if I had any spare gas, and I asked him about the gen noise and him coming to tell my son about Playstation.

He said "well that's different..." A large man from 4 sites down was passing by when he said this, and the fight was on.

It was interesting to see how people think sometimes.
