My delivery date in the contract is May 30th, 2009. There are several others in front of me.

My deposit goes into an escrow account out of which my car expenses are paid for by the escrow agent.

From Yahoo finance.

Quote:

First and foremost, as many realize EMOC went through a restructuring of the company's stock and completed a reverse split. This reverse split, has called short sellers into account and forced them to cover their positions, altered the daily trading volume to a reasonable level for the size of our company and put our price back into a range that truly reflects where we should be and where we will be going in the future.

This is at lest the second reverse split for xtreme. It was not long ago the price for stock was below 1 penny per share. The reverse split brings the price back up. It has happened twice now. I would estimate that the original offering of stock a few years ago at around $1.00 per share, those shares are now worth less than 1/10th of a penny.
Also, todays price is 27 cents and falling.

Alan, people understand.

well, i wish you the best of luck with the new car. If you are truly wanting to treat it as a "green" vehicle in comparison to a gas car, make sure you recycle the batteries with a honest, reputable recycler. If you/they landfill those, it will take centuries to decompose... (there... see... even I try to be a good Hooligan...) It's still amazes me how much power is robbed by sand. Your TT-LS1 produces what, 1000hp? ...in a 1500-2000# car? And you need that for the 5 second rush up Olds? Just insane. 650hp in a 4k# SCORE C1 dez car was enuf for me... I couldnt use it all... and yes Brian, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

Sandman, i honestly can't say that Green is my full intention on this purchase. Since my initial goal was simply long term money savings. But, whether you believe in global warming or not, any one can tell you that green technology will be the way of the future. I hope that the batteries will last me for years to come.

My existing Twin Turbo car puts out about 630 HP and about the same torque according to the manufacturer, never verified by a dyno. It's not a high end motor package. It's the slightly upgraded stock motor running about 8 to 10 lbs of boost. Here is a link to where i bought my motor. http://turnkeyenginesupply.com/or_53630.htm

No replies yet- waiting on info. Im going to try sending from a corporate mail account and see if I get any info.

Sandman asks Fishing about being green and I heard that question a lot from people inquiring about the segways.

I personally never bought anything battery based because it was "green" I bought based on a business proposition

Superior performance with superior flexibility- green was a by product.

The business proposition of factoring battery replacement, actual range, and charge time, and other factors in addition to performance is why I'm interested in this rail - but until I can get some actual data I cant make a business decision.
