I have an early '08 (15 inch wheels) 362. I've had nothing worth taking it back to the dealer for. I've made a couple of minor adjustments but nothing close to what "RapidConcepts" claims. My biggest issue was a leaky outside speaker. I just took it out and put a new bead of silicon on the flange and it's fine now.

"RapidConcepts", can you share your list of the 45 items that need repair? Maybe I have some problems that I haven't noticed yet.

Pop cans huh? Maybe that's why I only get heat out of one heat duct in my Raptor.

Sawdust... yep mine has it too. Thing is, I think all RV's do. I had a 2000 Lance 1030 truck camper that I bought new, and I complained bigtime to Lance about all the sawdust. I do think they listened because I've heard rumors that they vacuum the inside walls out now.

I agree that build quality is pretty awful. My dealer is beyond awful too so I need to find someplace else to work on it. Love the trailer though.

Years ago I went to the Holiday Rambler Plant and Airstream plant. They can put a Motorhome together from basic frame and motor to everthing you see in the showroom in 4 hours. Let me tell you there are all kinds of short cuts, shabby workmanship, and then they wonder why we ***** about the products. I used to work parttime at a dealer thats why I got to go to the factory it was a 2 week school on the new units back in 74. I'm sure over the years it has gotten worse. A good dealer will go through the unit with a fine tooth comb and fix and clean all that******up. Everything is to be checked out in the units before they are sold. When I bought my Raptor from an individual
he had it 2 years and used it twice. When I got it home I went through everything cleaned up glue marks on the ceiling trim work was shabily put together water pump when running you could hear for miles surprized he didn't burn the unit down the heat exhaust from the fridge was partially blocked, and of course the tire situation he had just got new Carlylse put on and got rid of the junk made in China but I will still go to E rated tires but I'll put a few miles on these to see how they wear. All in all after all the******was fixed it's a fine unit overall pretty well built.

Thats funny! pop cans!!!
We bought from one of those devils I mean dealers that has the multiple location tried 2 out of the 3 and they are awful!!!
Found and independent that not only is right down the street from home but has been our customer for many years!! So we know them great folks they fixed my heater issue in 3 hrs. They fixed it twice since it still didn't work correctly we took it back and they didn't charge a cent for the second time (it wasn't their fault) the dealer attempted to fix the same problem previous but failed. So 3 time fixing the heater was a charm!

All RVs are made shoddy. The workmanship and quality are terrible -- generally speaking. If you're going to get one, you just have to accept that. You will have issues. Even with the supposed "better" models. It's just a fact in the industry today.

I took delivery of a Fuzion 362 in January, 2008. Major defects were: water pump and fuel pump were inoperable. A/C unit not secured, causing leak in roof. Two additional leaks - behind refrigerator and under couch. Dual A/C's were wired to same side of panel. Had to be rewired. Numerous minor things. Purchased over internet, sight unseen from Lakeshore. No dealer prep that I could see. Local dealer is excellent and Keystone honored all warranty request. I have had the TV off the wall, been in the panels, etc. - not seen any sawdust, but I would say quality control is very poor. Having said all that, it is now fixed and we are really enjoying it.
