Today I Took out the sub woofer speaker.Just to see what it looked liked behind the fuse panel,And what I found was 2 cups of saw dust over and around all the wiring. I was able to vacume all of it out.Thought you might want to know.Could be possible fire hazard.

I don't have a Fusion, but I have a Raptor -- both Keystone products. Thanks for the heads-up. This kind of stuff really irks me. It points out how 'haste' and lack of pride in workmanship are at the core of the production process.
My hunch is that if we dismantled other sections of these coaches, we'd find many similar disappointments.

We have a Raptor also... and could not believe the saw dust that we have found in that thing.... We love are Raptor...but agree with RAN "It points out how 'haste' and lack of pride in workmanship are at the core of the production process."

Saw dust?
One of my previous trailers (brand new) came "equipped" with a number of cig butts and a pop can in one of the heating ducts.

I've had my Fuzion 362 since September '07 and still find saw dust. I'd like to go to the factory to see why they have to cut so much after primary assembly.
Has anyone pulled the television from the wall mount? More saw dust back there.

I picked up a 2008 Fuzion 362 about a month ago. It is back at the dealer with a list of about 45 items to fix. The quality of workmanship just sucks. Hopefully my dealer will resolve all the problems.

I have a 373 Fuzion that is an 08 but built to 07 standards. Biggest gripe is the 15" wheels instead 0f the 16" it should have had. I put Denman 15" load range E to solve that. I had minor problems that all got taken care of by Suncoast RV. They even took care of the petty issues. I am a little lax on the whole thing because of how cheap a camper is compared to a quality boat of any size, so I still feel kinda like I stole it. Anyway it does everthing we ask and a few issues are no big deal unless they ruin a trip. I think it comes down to who is going to be serviceing your unit. Nitpick your own during the warranty period and then be happy with it. Look at the price of a decent 23' center console boat and any camper will seem like a bargain. And as far as fuel gripes go (I am NOT supporting high prices) my 34' sportfish only gets 1.15 MPG, so again hauling a camper to your favorite place would still be worth it. I live in Florida and dropped one of mt Georgia trips in favor of 2 more "local" trips. Now I spent what I wanted and got an extra trip. Not how I want it, but a way to deal with it. Near or far, Its all good.
