I've begin the process of purchasing a new TV. I would appreciate receiving the names of wholesalers in both Canada & the U.S. that handle Ford and/or Dodge products.

No such a think in the auto industry. There are however dealers that are willing to sell at some really good prices. Dave Smith motors in Kellogg,ID sells Dodge and GM products. Not sure about Ford?
Since your signature says you are in Canada, be aware that buying in the USA and if you take it back to Canada that likely you will not have any warranty. one way the manufacturers are bolstering the Canadian dealer network and their exorbitant prices.
