We use our Desert Fox 21 SW to attend dog agility shows. With an on-board generator and generous water tanks it is easy to dry camp for a two or three day trial. The rear ramp is handy for hauling long narrow obstacles (fourteen foot dog walks, etc.) We have a garden cart loaded with the ice chest, EZ-up, dog crates etc. so it is fast and easy to setup by the edge of the trial ring.

I do craft shows and need space for all the stuff I make and sell. MY TT just isn't designed to store all my extra stuff.
I was going to get a gooseneck/5th wheel style cargo trailer and build in living quarters in the front and use the back for my business.
Then I started pricing out toy haulers and I think that is the way for me to go!

We bought an 08' Warrior SS2500 and we have no toys.....yet. The extra space is great for the kids (Ours are 2 and 4 1/2). We have friends who also have TH's and they go quad'ing all the time. It gives us a chance to take that step if we chose to. If we had bought a traditional TT, then we'd have to upgrade at a different date....

DB - Shhh, don't ruin the plan. Yes, a RZR might be in the future, but one step at a time!
Great info everyone, thanks!

I bought mine for my business. A lot of shopping around and chose the Weekend Warrior 2100FK. It had the largest cargo area to weight ratio for me. Mine is called MEL. (Mobile Electronics Laboratory) Contains computer desk, electronics workstation, computers, printers, tools, storage racks, electronic components, etc. And a mobile bookcase. I like it a lot. Bought the cargo screen door but should have bought the screened patio instead despite the setup break down time.
Here's a couple pics.

In case you were wondering, Monitors are anchored to the stands, anchored to the desks, and desks to the chasis by the tie downs. Same with the racks. A few bunjee cords later, walla! Oh, and love that velcro. Office toys (and lamps) are velcroed to the desk.

I'm planning on purchasing a TH MH to use the separate garage as an office and extra bedroom.

When it was time to replace the 1970 Blue Bird Wanderlodge we looked around at TT's and found that securing our canoe to the top wasn't going to be easy. A sales rep. at an RV show walked our family over to the toyhauler area and showed us how we could walk a canoe right in the back door. We loved that concept right away.
Other uses we've found for the "Toy" area.
1. Luggage storage.
2. Changing area for guests that we've invited along.
3. Added sleeping quarters for the kids' friends.
Someday we might even put real toys in the back. Can't rush these things, though.

We intend to use ours for various reasons as well. Our second TH is currently being built. We use them to go to the track, to the lake and on long family vacations. I agree with many of the previous listed reasons. We even used ours to move into our current house. There is lots of room to load things.

I joke about fitting a 12'9" Dune Buggy AND a 20'6" Kayak.
But I own neither! Though because of the equipment I'd have to offload to load the Dune Buggy, but the Kayak will still fit now!
The big plus, is we move every few years and that particular truck rental company jacked up their mileage rates a few years ago, and now I don't ever need them again! Merely use the Toy Hauler as a moving trailer! Can't load it as heavily, but with proper planning (and weight balancing) can take minimal trips fully loaded!
I was just reviewing my pictures I posted earlier and realize I should use day shots with the window blinds open. It look kind of cluttered. Though my cousin came in and commented, that I had too much space available and needed to fill it up. I don't know about that. I like airy and not too cluttered.

We have a '36 Thor TH w/no toys. Been living in it for almost 6 years now. We have a small chest freezer, plastic chesterdraws, rubbermaid pantry, tool chest, fishing poles, and an extra 1" dole rod cloths hanger in the back. This thing works good for anything you can think of. Lov'n it-just watch the weight!
