I currently own a 32' 2008 Winnebago Access. Currently as I drive on the highway I am hearing wind noise coming from the entrance door to the RV. As a new Rv owner I was wondering if this is a normal thing that happens to some or all class c rv's.

If you can hear an air leak, you have one, and so do we. Its not easy to keep the side door air tight when its not adjustable, and doesn't have double gaskets like the doors on the cab of the truck. You might try a thicker foam seal, but we learned to live with it, ours isn't all that bad.

I've got one too. Can't be sure where it is exactly. DW has looked for it but can't find it and since she won't drive the motorhome I haven't been able to pinpoint the leak. We've gotten used to it though maybe someday it'll be fixed.

I have(had?) one too. This is what I have found 2 wind/noise issues when doing my Floor Replacement Project.
I removed the wood trim for the door and found at least a 1/2" gap in between the door frame and wall. The door latch and dead bolt our just openings into this open area with no gasket around it. I sealed up the gap with great stuff door/window foam and made a gasket(rubber gasket) to go around the latch assembly.
The other issue was the step going out. In my rig you have 1 step going down inside of the rv then 2 step outside. The inside one had gaps here and there on its seals. I took this out and made some shims on the bigger gapped areas and but a 1/2" thick rubber gasket where it rested on the floor and wall.
My 1st trip is planned for the 16th and hope to test out all my repairs but I am pretty sure I could not have made anything worse.
Take some wide masking tape and tape all around the entrance door on the exterior (closing the gap between the door and the body of the RV). If this stops the air sound, then you know it's the door. Then start removing the tape in about 8" pieces. Take a piece of tape off and drive, do this repeatedly until you hear the noise return. Then put that piece of tape back on the door. If it stops the noise again, then you have locate the most likely place of the problem. Once you have located the problem area you can try adding some additional gasket to that area. The problem I have run into is sometimes it just sounds like the noise is the door. Be sure and have someone listen close to the side windows in the bunk area above the cab. I found one there on a Winnebago class c I had. You mentioned being a new RV owner, the next noise is likely going to be a rattle at the entrance door latch. That is usually solved by rapping electrical tape tightly twice around the small door post in the latch part of the door. Good luck!
Make sure the door is completely closed also. Sometimes you need to really pull on the door to get them to close espec. if you are entering the coach through the house door.

Being as you've got a 2008 Winnebago, I'd make a stop by the dealer, and see what their Tech says. It may be a bad seal, a warped door frame or door, and should be covered under the warranty. It all depends on just how much it bothers you. Also, I'm guessing that you have a 31' RV, not a 32' (or was that a typo?) as that is the standard number.....31-C, even though it's actually a bit longer.
The suggestion of using tape is good, as you may find out that it's not the door, but the window in the door? Also, as mentioned, the door has to be really shut. I've found that on occasion, our door isn't really closed, when we pull it shut from inside....it's not as if the lights stay on, as they do in the family car!
I don't think that you are really "listening to nature" when you are driving down the road at 55-65 mph, so I'd want the door leak fixed. Besides, an air leak that lets noise in, will also let A/C out....maybe only a little bit, but it's still a leak!!
