I tried sending a email with a large attachment that will not go out. Now all I want to do is cancel this email and get it out of the outbox. However everything I try to cancel the email does not work. Can someone help me?

Thanks,

Have a great time camping,
Terry

Make sure its not still trying to send it, sometimes you have to tell it to stop and then go into the outbox and delete it there.. Let me check some more but the only thing I can think of its still trying to send it.. I will get back shortly.

Ok, I checked again and you should be able to delete in the outbox but like I stated above you need to stop it from trying to send first and the easy way is just disconect your network for a moment and it should error out then you can delete it. you can even just kill off outlook to get it to stop sending but sometimes it trys to send everything before it will close so I say diconnect your internet and let it error out on sending and then delete it and then connect the internet back up.
good luck hope it helps.

Kid,

That did it.... I turned off my wireless card and then It allowed me to delete the file from the outbox.

Thank you very much....

I owe you one..
