Ok guys,
I just know someone here can save me some brain power......
Getting my rig ready for the 1st outing. I'd like to know what everyone else has done to connect the bathroom black/gray sewer valve to the kitchen gray connection to end up with a single connection to the park's sewer connection. I know there are some inovative ideas out there, so giv'em up.
Thanks in advance.

Are you saying your black and gray lines have separate outlets? My black and gray lines merge into one 3" pipe after the pull valves so they share the same outlet depending on which valve you pull. Maybe I don't understand?

on edit: maybe you have two gray tanks?

Maybe I was not clear....
At the front of the trailer, underneath the bathroom, I have 1 black line coming from the toilet and 1 gray line coming from the shower and sink (I guess) that merge into 1 3" outlet.
About 6ft. back from that I have the 3" outlet for the gray tank that is fed from the kitchen sink. I'm looking to find out what everyone else has done to connect the front 3' outlet and the kitchen 3' outlet into 1 single hose to dump into the park connection. I know they make a "wye" from 2 to 1, but wondering how to connect the two 3' outlets? Is everyone just laying the hose on the ground or using the slinky type holders to get the poop to the park connection?

Those both should connect to the black 3" pipe AFTER the black water valve. Just leave it ( the black water valve ) closed and open the other two and use your one hose

Here is what I have and did. I have one black tank and two grey tanks, one from the kitchen sink and one from the bathroom. All three funnel together at one outlet. I connected them the cheap way. I installed the twist on valve at the outlet and put the cap on it. I then keep the black tank closed and both grey tanks open, which allows them to equalize between the two tanks. It doesn't drain onto the ground because of the new valve I added at the end is closed. When I go to dump I close both original grey valves and open the cap and new add-on valve. The grey water in the 2-3 feet of pipe drains out, then I drain the black tank and reclose the valve. Then I open the grey valves and let them drain. I do not close them, I keep them open and close the add-on valve. I am including a link to the valve I bought from Mike Thompson, I couldn't find them at Camping World. I hope this makes sense.click here

I must be missing something because I am not seeing the reason to change the original configuration. My black tank while draining out throught the same outlet, does not have any thing to do with my grey tanks making it necessary to modify everything. I have 3 valves, black, kitchen gray and bathroom gray meaning I can drain the kitchen (which typically fills faster unless we are using the shower) independently if need be. Where we keep our TH, we can drain gray water on the ground. In the instance where we can't, the blue buddy comes into play if we need to drain.

I guess I not sure why you need to modify everything. My stock set up works perfectly!

I am assuming you have the single black and gray and an additional gray for your kitchen with all three ending into two seperate 3" outlets. Go to your local dealer or order from camping world the sewer hose elbo end attachment that has two inlets one being for the 3" hose and one for a standard hose fitting. Use the 3' line from your black/gray tanks and for the other gray 3" outlet place an end cap with a hose outlet and hook that to the hose inlet on the elbo. Now you can leave both grays open if you want.

Amberjax -

You just need one of these and a 20' section of sewer hose.
Y sewer connector

I wouldn't leave the grey valves open all the time. You risk fumes coming into your rig. Just dump them daily, or when they get full.

Good luck and happy camping!

I just move it as needed. I let the tanks fill 75%+ anyway before the valve is opened.

You will never fill that front kitchen tank. It's probably 40 or 50 gal. Just worry about your black and bathroom shower and when you leave camp dump move to dump that ketchen tank last.
