Low sulfur fuel is a mandate by the gov/epa. Soon, if not now, that's all you'll be able to get. If you get a Jayco with the older duramax (this isn't low sulfur as well?...don't know) and it isn't low sulfur your probably going to want to run an additive. The sulfur works as a lubricant so it's a consideration. I run diesel additive in my 2000 f350 every other tank or so to keep the injectors lubed and happy.
FYI, Mexico doesn't have low sulfur fuel so if your planning on taking a trip south of the border it could be an issue.
The new duramax that comes in the 2008 Senecas and later is a also quite a bit more powerful with 330hp, as opposed to 300, and a fairly massive 624 ft lbs of torque. I've driven both versions and was seriously impressed by the new duramax. Test drove the Rig up I70 here in Colorado (entrance to the rockies = serious grade) and could easily maintain the 65mph speed limit.

I had a dealer tell me they would special order me a Jayco Greyhawk and they were making 8% on the deal. My discount was 32% off MSRP. So, unless there are other incentives for so many units ordered at one time or something, I would say that MSRP is dealer invocie plus 40%.

I think it may be higher than that. My 2008 had a m.s.r.p. of $156028.00 (that is from the Jayco web site) I was quoted $108500 from RVDirect $109200 from White Horse RV.They were quoting on a 36FS Chestnut paint package,thermal windows,convection microwave and euro chair. $108,500 times 43.8% is the m.s.r.p. of $156028.00, or turn it around $156028.00 minus 30% is around $108500.00. Now these guys are cheap but rest asured they are making money on these units or they would not be selling them.Just a thought for what its worth

Your math is off. Let's say for example purposes that the MSRP was $100,000. You paid $68,000. If the dealer made 8% over his cost when you paid that amount, then his cost was $62,560. So the $100,000 MSRP is a 60% markup from the "dealer invoice" of $62,560. Going the other way, the "dealer invoice" of $62,560 is 37% off of the MSRP of $100,000.
