Used the new trailer this weekend for the first time. The shower pressure is awful (well, compared to home haha) Is there a way to increase the pressure?

If your trailer has a built in water filter, try removing the cartridge from the filter and see what happens to the water pressure.

There is a water flow restrictor in the shower head. Unscrew it from the hose and remove it.
If it was the water filter, the pressure at all the faucets would be low also.

This might sound silly, but typically these shower heads are adjustable, which means you can stop the flow of water without actually turning the taps off. Just by turning the dial/ring on the shower head you can reduce the pressure or stop the flow of water. My wife also mentioned low pressure one day and I looked at it and discovered this feature and with a slight turn of the dial we had resonable water pressure again. Just a thought.

I had terrible shower pressure this weekend in the new TT too but it ended up being low pressure at the CG. I filled the fresh water tank and turned on the pump. The shower worked great then.

We were also having a heck of a time with the low water pressure in the shower. A neighboring camper told us to check out his Oxygenics shower head. I did, and ended up buying one from CW. Here's a link:
Oxygenics shower heads
Note that these things are a bit pricey (I bought the white one when it was on sale for $24.99), and I swear to God the water pressure in the shower is better than I get at home. Apparently the unit mixes air in with the water, and the pressure is great. By far, absolutely the best modification I have made to the camper!!!
Note: there may be cheaper sources on the internet, but I did not check them out.

If you are using one of those brass cylinder pressure regulators try taking it off. Those things restrict water flow a lot. You should see a big improvement if you use a residential pressure regulator. You can buy them at Home Depot or Lowes.
