I know there are a few members in the local area that go up Quartzville Dr. for dry camping opportunities near Green Peter Lake, so I was going to break the news to any that go there.

I was up there this weekend, and quite a few of the spaces along Quartzville drive have been closed and posted with "No Camping Permitted" signs.

I did see three new ones created, but all of the old ones have been closed. Expect it to be quite a bit harder to find a space in the summertime.

I need to let my brother know this, he isn't gonna be happy.

how far up did you go?

He is usually up about 20 miles or so from the hwy.

So this is all along the lake? That is to bad, anyone know the reason?
