Well first off it is illegal in every state, I think, unless you get a special commercial license.

WRONG !!!!

It is LEGAL in MOST states.

Don't worry about it until AFTER you go to the dealer and speak with them.

Wrong again. It is Legal in some states, Illegal in most.

Here is a chart Of the laws for each state. Some states like Ca allow it only if the front trailer is a 5th wheel.

Does the length limit include the TV or just the length of the 2 trailers combined?

The length limit is the total length of the "train", including the tow vehicle.

I am always amazed with the amount of misinformation you can find on this forum. The guy links publication showing double towing allowed and comments it otherwise.
DMV.CA The section 7 in this handbook covers double and triple trailer towing. It is commercial endorsement, but apply to all vehicles. Note in another section says that triple towing is illegal in CA but is covered because other states allow it.

Keystone said doing this would void the warranty, so that answers that.

I can't believe someone would actually WANT to pull a (roughly) 30 foot TT AND than slap a boat onto that... And think it is even remotely doable or safe for that matter. With all the sway and weight issues..
I guess one positive note.. It would lessen the Tongue Weight!

Backing a 30ft TT with a boat behind it is totally different than backing with a toad. You will have 2 hitch points.
