I love it!
We found this mat in a touristy boutique in our travels, we keep it on our front porch:
We get a lot of comments about it. I bet the "friendly dog" one would get just as many. (If they dared to ring the bell!)

My favorite is the rug in our local butcher shop. It says "put a 10# roast in a plain paper bag and leave it on the doorstep if you ever want to see the human alive again" (or something like that - don't remember the exact wording)
