We're not to the point of needing a wheelchair lift, but we'll soon need help getting Dad into the MH. Does anyone know of or have experience with a lift that does not attach to the outside of the coach? Thanks.

Try the SuperArm Lift 2000. I haven't gotten mine yet but the company that does my modifications installs them a lot. They mount them to the inside of the RV or TT

As Matt mentioned, there is the Strong Arm but there are others.
Braun makes a lift that goes under the floor. I installed one on a Rexhall Class A and it slid into a pocket under the entry door.
I also have installed a few in Class A's inside the doorway that have extended side-arms that compensate for the higher vehicle. They are the same as used in a van but with longer arms that lower the folding ramp all the way down to the ground. This type is not visable from the outside BUT my installations of this type were in a second doorway we installed because this style of lift blocks the entry door inside.

A month ago I was researching the same thing for my mom and found this:

Scalamobil

It was a little $$ for the few times we would use it, but looks to be a good product.

Thanks for the Q and the As. My MIL needs the same thing real soon to get in and out of our 5er. These look appropriate!
