Best mayo in America (or anywhere else that I know of).

Mystic Lake Dairy

"Canola Oil, whole eggs, white vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, pineapple syrup, pear juice concentrate, peach juice concentrate"

Mystic Lake is a very small dairy outside Seattle, WA. This mayo very hard to find. We have it shipped to us from a natural food store in Coeur d'Alene, ID..the closed source to us.

Hi Rebecca,

It appears that your question is more about the benefit of "Omega-3s" than about brands of mayo.. ? correct ?

I am not that knowledgeable about things like Omega-3s ... but....

... it seems to me that Omega-3s are like any other "Vitamin".. in that unless you follow a specific diet in all of it's parts as a daily routine ... ..
IE: specific portions of foods, specific quantities of certain drinks, certain amount of exercise ... etc ..

.... the little bit of Omega-3s you will get from mayonnaise is not worth changing brands on that reason alone.

I do think that Omega-3s combined with a strict diet and exercise will benefit.... but Omega-3s by itself is a waste of time and money..

Just my thoughts on the subject,

Best wishes,
John

TWO CENTS WORTH
The story goes that a man died and was approached by the Devil who told him that he could buy his soul back for a dollar. The man searched his pockets and could only come up with 98 cent. While begging the Devil to forget the two cent he was short, an Angel happened by and hearing the Devil laughing, asked the man, "Would you mind if I put in my two cents ?" The Devil got so mad that he exploded in a puff of smoke and the man's soul was saved.
The moral: Sometimes putting in your two cents worth makes a difference.
