Funny you mentioned them. We ate at the one in West Omaha just this noon. Miss the one at 72 and Dodge, hope it reopens. I've never had anything there that wasn't very good.
Ever try Goldberg's at 51st & Dodge or 132nd & West Center Road? Been awhile since I've had a Goldberg's hamburger, but it was good.

The Fuddruckers across the street from our Corp. office has a nice little shaded out door patio to escape the noise inside. Just love ordering the chili w/ beans on the side, dump it on my burger. Have heard the In&Out Burger is good too, but never seem to stop at the only one I see in Las Vegas when we are visiting the grandbaby.

We still have one here in Milwaukee, but now Red Robin is filling that niche.

Fuddruckers is the ONLY place where I eat the buns on the hamburgers and hot dogs...they're SOOOOO good! I absolutely LOVE their hot dogs! (never been much of a hamburger fan)

We have a Red Robins here. Not impressed, over priced and over rated. The only place I know where 2 burgers and fries and two soft drinks is in the $25 range. The one here is noisier than Fudd's ever was but it is on the main drag where Fudd's was not. I guess the location and demographics make a big difference for every eatery.

Just finished eating at the Fudd's near my office. Burger, onion rings and soda was $10.25. It was a bit on the noisy side, but, no kids in sight

I was just thinking about noise. The only place I won't go back to because of noise is the Macaroni Grill. The two that I have been to were one big room and too noisy to talk to the person next to me.

I love to stop at Fuddruckers but not for the burgers. The grilled chicken sandwiches along with a basket of fries, oh my!

The Fuddrucker's I frequent is usually for Saturday night dinner with my local car club. We meet to view our cars before eating for an hour, then go in at 6:30 p.m. for dinner. Come to think of it, it is noisy in there. We had a business meeting last September at Fuddrucker's after everybody had eaten, and it was impossible to hear our club's president from only two tables away. I'm not crazy about that aspect. It was really noisy, and we were in the semi-windowed-off private party section of the restaurant. This Fuddrucker's is in an upscale strip shopping center, and it has a family atmosphere, with Baby Boomers, their kids and or grandkids with them. Our car club has a few children that come with their folk's, and they seem to really enjoy it. BTW, the fries there are really good!

{Me, at my favorite Fuddruckers:}

Pattie: Hi Mike... The usual?

Me: Yea, thanks, Pattie

Pattie: With your senior discount it is $7.74

The usual is a 1/3 medium well, with BBQ beans and a drink to go.

I might be too predictable...
