Well, after slogging around on some tight trails, through mudholes and puddles, climbing over rocks in mostly 1st gear while slipping the clutch on my Raptor my wife said to me "ya know, you should have a quad like mine for this kind of stuff (a wolverine 450)". I looked at her, hardly muddy at all, then looked at myself covered from head to toe (along with every piece of plastic on my yellow machine) and I said "ok". So went out and picked up an 07 Wolverine 450 SE. Definately not as fast as my Raptor, but not having to shift while navigating a tight turn, along with having the "easy button" for engaging the four wheel drive over tree roots has its advantages. Might have to make the Raptor a sand only machine? hmmm

Congrats, My lovely wife has one too, She loves it. She is 7 months pregnant so it is just sitting around for now, but perhaps I should start riding it to keep all lubed up, ya thats it, to keep it lubed up and the battery charged.
